Schedule An Appointment
Thank you for trusting us with your child’s care. By following these guidelines, you help us provide the safest, most effective, and compassionate care possible. Your patience, understanding, and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
To help us provide timely service to all our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits, including same-day sick visits.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to fit you back into the schedule.
Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may need to ask you to reschedule if the schedule does not allow us to see you.

Appointment Punctuality
All visits require an appointment, except in the case of an emergency. Unfortunately, we are unable to see your child if you arrive without a scheduled appointment. In such cases, we will ask you to return later in the day if the schedule allows.
Sick Appointments
Learn MoreWe understand that children can get sick unexpectedly, and we make every effort to schedule same-day appointments for sick visits. Please call our office ahead of time so we can accommodate your child’s needs as quickly as possible.
If your child experiences a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see them immediately or refer you to an appropriate medical facility.
For infants under one year of age, we always make time to see them if they need immediate care before referring them elsewhere. However, if the situation is a clear emergency, we will advise you to call 911 so your baby can be safely transported to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Well Appointments
Learn MoreDid you know that regular well-child visits are one of the most important steps you can take to keep your child healthy? These visits also give you the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s growth, development, or overall health.
We recommend calling our office three months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child’s primary care provider on a date that best fits your needs.
Non-urgent symptoms or Behavioral Concerns
If your child presents with non-urgent symptoms, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns that require medical attention, we will schedule an office visit within approximately one week to address your needs.
Maintenance Visits
Any patient with a medical diagnosis such as asthma, diabetes, obesity, or chronic anemia will require regularly scheduled maintenance visits to review adherence to therapy, assess disease management, and reinforce educational materials to promote a better understanding and management of their condition.
Referrals
Learn MoreA referral is a request that a primary care provider (PCP) sends to a specialist to address a medical condition that goes beyond the scope of the PCP. All referrals will be processed in a timely manner. However, your medical insurance carrier may limit your ability to access care sooner.
Some specialists place limits on certain insurance carriers, while others may not accept them at all. Additionally, some specialties have long waiting lists due to the limited number of providers and the high volume of referrals they receive.
We will do our very best to help you secure an appointment with a specialist. However, patience is key, and adherence to the specialist’s requirements is extremely important.
